If you are considering surgery with us, Doris will be able to aid you with the process.

She will actively work with you one on one to schedule your surgery date along with your pre op and post op appointments and discuss what is needed prior to the surgery. Doris will help you with any additional paperwork required by your employer if needed.

She works directly with our doctors and the hospitals to help answer any questions about the surgery process that you may have. She may be reached at 217-243-1101.
